News: Important update on how we shall be operating during the new lockdown

Happy Wednesday everyone, We hope you are all keeping safe and well, A note from us here confirming our update that we put out on Sunday morning, due to the government restrictions and updates that came through on Saturday 31stOctober, we do now have some new updates to confirm with all customers confirming how we shall be operating during the second lockdown starting on Thursday 5th November. Our Showroom shall be closed to the public from Thursday 5thNovember. We are going to be offering a ‘click and collect’ type service during the time we are closed of which a member of staff shall be on hand with calls and emails, so please contact us via phone or by email if you do require anything. A member of staff shall gather your items for you and confirm once ready for collection. All details shall be confirmed on enquiry but to confirm here, we would prefer payment either via card which can be taken by phone or on collection or via BACS payment. We are going to be taking cash payments but we would strongly ask please for the correct monies in a clear plastic bag on collection. We are on the understanding that attending to customers’ homes can continue during this time, meaning we do intend to continue with all current bookings as planned. We have now contacted all customers with current bookings but would also like to make this public should anyone wish to contact to book in any new appointments. We have a new procedure form that shall be sent to all customers. We are asking customers to please read our new procedure form thoroughly and to please sign, date and return the FULL form back to us before your appointment. We cannot stress enough how important these forms are and without the entire form back from customers, unfortunately, we will not attend. If any further information does come through from the Government in the next coming days, we may possibly have to put on hold all current bookings until we are able to proceed again. But for now please do take this that we are able and will be continuing, if any changes, we will confirm with all customers immediately. We are also asking customers, if accessible to you, to please also keep up to date with our website and social media platforms as another point of where to find any further details and updates.
